2. The service

Bullmarket.site is a free order-flow analysis terminal: footprint chart, order book (DOM), real-time trades, volume profile and candlestick charts. Bullmarket.site is not a broker or an exchange: no real order can be placed on the site, no funds are deposited, and we hold no assets on your behalf. The trading simulator uses virtual money only, with no value: its results are fictitious, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and do not predict real results (slippage, funding fees and liquidity constraints are not modelled). Blog articles are provided for educational purposes. By using the site you accept these terms.

3. Market data

• Data (prices, trades, order book) comes from Binance's public interfaces. Your browser connects to them directly for real-time updates.
• “Stock market” quotes (US stocks, indices via ETFs, gold, currencies) come from Finnhub and are requested by our server. Candles for these markets are built by Bullmarket from those quotes: they may be incomplete and may not capture every high and low or out-of-hours trading. The backtest and multi-chart use the same data.
• It is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. It may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted (network outage, source maintenance, request limits).
• Displayed indicators (delta, VWAP, POC, value area, imbalances, “big trades”) are computed from the data loaded since the page was opened; they depend on that period and on the settings you choose.
• The news panel only shows the headline and link of articles published by the named publishers, from their public RSS feeds; the content is their sole responsibility.
• Bullmarket.site is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Binance. Asset and platform names belong to their owners.

4. No advice, your sole responsibility

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for complying with the rules of your country (tax, local restrictions on crypto-assets). Before any decision, consult independent sources and, where appropriate, a licensed professional. We do not assess your situation and give no advice tailored to it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not query the site in an automated, large-scale way (bots, scraping), circumvent technical limits, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful purposes, including market manipulation. We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its code, design and text belong to Bullmarket LLC. Candlestick charts use the open-source KLineChart library (Apache 2.0 licence). You may share screenshots of the terminal with credit to Bullmarket.site.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, including as to data accuracy, absence of errors or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bullmarket.site is not liable for financial losses, loss of profit or indirect damages resulting from use of the site or of the data displayed, or from decisions based on them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

9. Member account and Premium subscription

• Free account: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”.
• Price: Bullmarket Premium costs €7.99 per month or €69 per year, tax included. The price shown when you subscribe applies; any change is announced by email at least 30 days in advance, with the option to cancel before it takes effect.
• Payment: by card or digital wallet via Stripe, charged when you subscribe (or when the free trial ends) and then monthly or yearly on the same date depending on the plan chosen. If a payment fails, Premium access is suspended at the end of the paid period.
• Free trial: on a first subscription, Premium may be offered free for 7 days. Your payment method is saved but nothing is charged during the trial; if you cancel before it ends, nothing is due. Otherwise the plan you chose starts automatically when the trial ends. One trial per person.
• No commitment: cancel at any time from “My account” > “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period (month or year); no pro-rata refund is due.
• Right of withdrawal: as the service is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts, which you confirm by ticking the box provided before payment.
• What is included: unlimited replay, extended and Telegram alerts, advanced analytics, AI coach (one analysis per day, subject to the third-party service being available). Premium gives no access to any real market and is not investment advice.
• Complaints: write to us via the Contact page. EU consumers may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge.

9b. Public profile and chat

• What you publish: your nickname, photo, bio and messages are visible to other users. You are responsible for them and confirm you hold the rights to the photo you post (no photo of someone else without their consent).
• Not allowed: abusive, hateful, discriminatory or harassing content; illegal or sexual content; advertising, solicitation, external links, selling “signals” or courses; requests for money or investment; impersonation; sharing other people’s personal information; spam.
• No investment advice: members’ messages reflect their personal opinions and are neither advice nor a recommendation. Never send money, credentials or keys to another member.
• Reporting and moderation: any message can be reported with the “Report” button. A message reported by several members is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it. We may remove content, a photo or a nickname, temporarily mute an account or suspend its chat access in case of breach. To appeal a decision or report illegal content, write to us via the Contact page.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
